Due to the highly custom features of some builds determined by the inlay choice, stain choice, control layout and extended range specs, Vigilant will honour the warranty of the finish, hardware and installation but void the return policy.

The return policy is not meant to be exercised in cases where the customer doesn't "like" the specs they have chosen. We communicate with our customers throughout the building process and it is on the responsibility of the customer to indicate where they would like alterations at an appropriate time. Should the customer wish to see alternative versions of two options, it is the responsibility of the customer to emphasize that wish and should their decision prove regrettable upon delivery, the return policy will not be valid.

The customer is responsible for costs of shipping the guitar back to Vigilant, duties, tariffs or taxes will be deducted from the returned funds.
Stock instruments can be exchanged for store credit. Payment will be reimbursed through the same method of payment. Cash reimbursements will not be given.
