The Oswego Vigilant's most ergonomic model with a belly bevel, full arm bevel, lower leg cutout, full fret access and rear mounted output jack.
We shifted the upper horn to push the center of mass over the 12th fret making for a comfortable sitting and standing position and an overall "balanced" feel. This also allows for a more pronounced neck pocket which is carved with a very soft heel for comfortable upper fret access. The lower cutaway was cut deeper to give full access to the 24th fret and with just enough of a horn to make for a comfortable seating in both casual and classical playing styles.
We have also placed the output jack on the back of hte guitar using a strat-style "bullet jack" at a 45 degree angle. This allows the player to play casually or classically without having to worry about the cable.
The neck profile of the Oswego has a C profile with 21mm @1st fret tapering to 22mm@ 12th.
The Oswego has a paddle express headstock parallel to the body - different than the tilted headstocks of the Sigil and Heron.
